BARD DRIVE

TERMSOF SERVICE

EFFECTIVE: MAY 10, 2026

This is the website for the Bard Drive Block Party — a neighborhood event run by Brandon Surratt for residents of Bard Drive in Garland, TX and their guests. By using this site you agree to these terms.

THE BASICS

This site is provided as-is for community coordination. It's a neighborhood side project, not a commercial product.

YOUR CONTENT

When you post photos, RSVPs, potluck items, board messages, or pitmaster profiles, you represent that you have the right to share what you're sharing — especially photos. Only upload photos you took or have permission to share, and don't upload photos of people who've asked not to be photographed.

You grant us permission to display your content on this site. We may remove any content for any reason. If you want your content removed, email us and we'll take it down.

CONTACT INFO & OPT-INS

If you give us your email or phone number through the “Stay in the Loop” signup form, you're opting in to receive event announcements. We won't sell or rent your contact info to anyone. You can opt out at any time:

  • Email: reply “unsubscribe” or email us directly
  • SMS: text STOP to any of our messages to unsubscribe; text HELP for help

Message frequency is low — typically 2–4 SMS messages per year. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

NO COMMERCIAL MESSAGING

Contact info collected here is used only for Bard Bash event communication. We won't pivot it into marketing for other businesses.

LIABILITY

Use the site at your own risk. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or anything else. The block party itself is a neighbor-run community event — show up, be friendly, eat good food, and use common sense around grills, kids, and pets.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at bardbash.live/terms.
